[MES] PES 2014 Multi Selector Tool (2.0.0) - Release now or not?

Hi guys, I've already done 75% of the Selector, however I have a question that I want to ask you all. I can release the new version with all the new contents (just in English and Portuguese) earlier if I don't translate it yet and then, I create an update (2.0.1) with all languages (10 languages) and some bugs fixed. Or else I translate the program in all languages and then I release it, but it takes a long time, so I put a pool, and you can vote below.

It's better to release the [MES] PES 2014 Multi Selector Tool v2.0.0 earlier but just with English and Portuguese Language or release it after translate the program in the 10 languages that I've promised?
